The location was marvellous and excellent, near Kabuki-za. It also was near Kabuki theatre.

Well, it was an awesome stay for almost 10 nights. Overall the staff was nice.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met my requirements, recommend it. I loved this hip new hotel. The most important was the staff - welcoming and very polite people.

The Mitsui Garden Ginza Gochome was a unique and pleasantly surprising experience for a light sleeper like me. I loved the fact that they had a public bath and a vending machine with beer, which was unexpected. The hotel also provided canned water and a toiletries bar, adding to the convenience. The central location near the Ginza metro line and walking distance to the old Tsukiji markets was a huge plus. the hotel offered great pricing and had all the modern amenities I needed.

I felt happy with my stay and had no complaints.

The room is reasonably priced. The location is unbeatable, very near the train station.

Pretty and great accommodation with favourable setting right by the centre of Tokyo, close to the East Ginza Station as well as Ginza and Marunouchi. Compact, well cleaned room with breakfast.

The room we had included climate control, flat-screen television, and a safe box. Exceptionally comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean.

The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, to Tsukiji fish market with easy access to a shopping area and a market. Being short walk from Nair's Restaurant was nice, we had dinner there. Asked for the a double room and it was ready when we arrived.

I recently stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza-Gochome for a week-long trip with my family. The location was perfect, with easy access to metro stations and within walking distance to Ginza district and Tsukiji Fish Market. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean, with a functional bathroom and a good range of amenities. The hotel staff went above and beyond, taking care of our luggage during our trip to Kyoto and even placing them in our new room upon our return. a fantastic experience.

The service was all in all very good.

It had very central location close to Nissan Crossing. The staff was very-very nice and warm hearted, perfect services. I truly enjoyed exceptionally large and immaculate room and its nice bathroom.

our double room was new-fashioned, neat. a bidet in the bathroom was a plus. the location was magnificent, within easy walking distance of nissan crossing. there was a pleasant restaurant, a shopping area and a market next door.

Great location, just a minute walk from the subway station and close to shopping streets. Limousine bus service to airports nearby. Room was small but clean. Public bath was a bonus, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring.

Gym was too small. Staff didn't mention luggage restrictions for the airport bus, caused discomfort during the ride.

Place was modern and chic, enjoyed the stay.

Everything was excellent, incredible location very close to Higashi-ginza Station and train station, convenience store and food outlets, exceptionally nice staff. Overall it was neat and compact with breakfast.

Location: the hotel was next to many tourist attractions and Haneda airport, Narita airport, and all the shops. There were climate control, a safe box and TV set in the room, enjoyed that...

For us it was ideal.
